Made with 80% down and 20% feather fill with 750 fill power for heat insulation, allowing for thermal comfort in cold conditions within the temperature range specific to low activity 50ºF (9 ºC) and moderate activity 3.2ºF (-16 ºC) when snowboarding or skiing. Designed with a breathable fabric, which helps to release water vapor from sweat to the outside during moderate activity. Heat-sealed seams that reinforce protection against snow and rain. Equipped with technology to help rescue professionals find you in case of an accident, avalanche, or getting lost in difficult-to-reach areas.
High collar with interior elastic strap to secure scarf. Removable adjustable elastic drawstring hood. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Beyond Retro London. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it for a refund or exchange in accordance with the following policy:
RETURNS:
If you change your mind about a non-sale order, you must contact us in writing with a request for a refund within 30 days of receipt. We will then require the return of the items in unused condition within 30 days of receipt of the written notification of the return or exchange of goods along with your reference number.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and all returned goods until we receive them. The refund will not be valid if the goods arrive damaged. Once the goods are received and in their original unused condition, we will begin the refunding process which will conclude within 30 days.
Made-to-order items, items that arrive flat-packed and are then assembled, and goods that have had specific elements chosen and are bespoke cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Made-to-order items include furniture and lighting pieces where you select color, size, fabric or material finish and/or which are specifically stated as made-to-order within the product description. Any special offer items cannot be returned or refunded.
Our goal is to deliver your goods in perfect condition. Please inspect your delivery immediately after receiving it. In the event of any faulty or damaged goods, please notify us in writing as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after receiving the items so that we may resolve the problem. Any claims for damaged products after the two-day deadline will not be considered and we will not be held responsible. For damaged/faulty products, photographs of the damages to the exterior and interior of the packaging, photographs of the damage to the products, and a written description of those damages will be required. us to assist in resolving the issues for you.
You are responsible for following all instructions carefully for any self-assembly products we provide as we cannot accept any liability for damage caused by not following instructions correctly. Please double-check that all parts have been provided before assembling.
Should you wish to return goods that were damaged in transit or goods for which a refund has been approved, then the cost of returning the items to us will be at your expense, and you will be reimbursed the value of the items (not the initial shipping cost) once we have received them and inspected them.
RETURN SHIPPING:
- A £9.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover both the shipping charges we paid for sending the parcel and the return shipping cost.
- If there are more than 3 items being returned, the return shipping charge will be £14.95.
REFUNDS:
- Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- For refunds, we offer discount codes as a credit that you can use next time while shopping with us.
EXCHANGES:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at support@thebeyondretrolondon.co.uk. We will provide you with instructions for the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the exchange is required due to the customer choosing the wrong size, color, or item, we are not liable for a free exchange. A fee of £7.95 will apply to cover the exchange shipping cost.
- If the exchange is required due to a mistake on our part, the exchange will be processed free of cost.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
After placing an order, you have 48 hours to cancel your order and apply for a refund.
If the item has already been dispatched, you will have to wait for it to be delivered or refuse the delivery and we will refund you in line with our return policy.
Unless defective, our made-to-order items cannot be canceled or returned. Many of our items are made-to-order in which specific elements have been chosen by the customer or the item is produced specifically for the customer. In this these cases, once an order is placed, cancellation/refunds will not be possible after the first 48 hours of ordering them. Please refer to our made-to-order information or contact us to check if your item qualifies as 'made-to-order'.
PLEASE NOTE:
As the customer, you are responsible for items not collected from your courier or postal office that you have been notified of. In the event that they are returned to us, the customer will be liable for the reshipping of the order. You can always contact us for any return questions at support@thebeyondretrolondon.co.uk.
