Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Beyond Retro London. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it for a refund or exchange in accordance with the following policy:

Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@thebeyondretrolondon.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Return Shipping:

  • A £9.95 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover both the shipping charges we paid for sending the parcel and the return shipping cost.
  • If there are more than 3 items being returned, the return shipping charge will be £14.95.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will process your refund. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For refunds, we offer discount codes as a credit that you can use next time while shopping with us.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at support@themilanolondon.co.uk. We will provide you with instructions for the exchange process. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the exchange is required due to the customer choosing the wrong size, color, or item, we are not liable for a free exchange. A fee of £7.95 will apply to cover the exchange shipping cost.
  • If the exchange is required due to a mistake on our part, the exchange will be processed free of cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including sale items, gift cards, and personal care products.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@thebeyondretrolondon.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
